Aokage Shochu

Produced in Miyazaki using barley from Saga prefecture and pure spring water from Mount Kirishima. After three years of aging in enamelled tanks, it is diluted with a one-year-old shochu and mildly filtered. The result is a slightly cloudy, full-bodied shochu with a long persistence.
