HINAMATSURI WEEK
In the week from 1st to 8th March TENOHA Milan turns yellow on the occasion of two significant anniversaries for the Eastern and Western world.
Hinamatsuri (雛祭り), also called Doll Festival or Girls' Festival, is an ancient and heartfelt celebration that takes place every year in Japan on March 3 and consists of displaying a series of ornamental dolls representing the emperor, the empress and other court officials of the Heian period in the 7th century.
To celebrate this meeting of Japanese tradition with Women's Day, Tenoha & | TASTE presents three different Chirashi-sushi ちらし寿司, a typical dish of this holiday, served in traditional juubako (lacquered wooden boxes)
The three Chirashi specials will be available from March 1st to 8th for lunch and dinner, along with a spring-inspired cocktail.
