Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To make a return for an order with a recipient in Italy, the return costs are paid by the customer and are equivalent to €5.95 (the customer will receive a link to pay the return costs).

For orders with a recipient not in Italy, the return costs are paid by the customer and are exactly equivalent to the shipping costs incurred (the customer will receive a link to pay the return costs).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at customercare@tenoha.it. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not qualify you for a refund of the amount paid.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

 

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return has been accepted, make a new purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
