We have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The return (even for only a single item of the order) is free for orders over € 39.00 and with recipient in Italy. For orders below € 39.00, the return costs are charged to the customer and are exactly equivalent to the shipping costs incurred (the customer will receive a link to pay the return costs).For orders with recipients not in Italy, the return costs are charged to the customer and are exactly equivalent to the shipping costs incurred (the customer will receive a link to pay the return costs).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not entail eligibility for a refund of the amount paid.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Also, no returns are accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift certificates.
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and record your refund as well.
