From 25th to 29th March , Tenoha Taste presents the Wagyu Week : a special tasting and show-cooking event to discover one of the finest meats in the world. During this unique culinary experience you will have the opportunity to taste three different premium qualities of Wagyu: our chef's selection includes Hida, Miyazaki And Ozaki , three of the best breeds from the most renowned Japanese breeding farms in the prefectures of Gifu And Miyazaki . Choose between two tasting menus: four or five courses with three different cuts of wagyu (shoulder, rump and sirloin).
