From Japanese green tea leaves, in the Samidori さみどり variety, a matcha is made with a unique flavor called FUKAMI (deep) and a bright green color and a typical fifth taste called UMAMI. The matcha thus obtained has always been used for the preparation of the tea ceremony better known as CHA NO YU.
One cup of ceremonial matcha green tea, due to its unique nutritional characteristics, corresponds to the equivalent of 10 cups of green tea. Matcha green tea has the virtue of being 137 times richer in natural antioxidants than any other type of tea and helps increase metabolism as well as helps burn calories. It is a natural detoxifier and has all the characteristics and benefits of DETOX foods, thus contributing to the elimination of toxic substances present in the body. How to prepare
- 2 g. of ceremonial matcha green tea per person
- 70° – 80° water temperature for preparing matcha green tea with the suspension method
- 60ml. of water; also indicated cold.
