Hakutate Liqueur Anokoro no Umeshu
Anokoro Umeshu is produced exclusively with ume plums macerated in Honkaku Shochu, a quality rice distillate, to which sugar is subsequently added.
The aroma is fruity and reminiscent of almonds, with notes of cherry and marzipan, it is certainly sweet but not cloying thanks to the strong acidity that cleans the palate well.
Excellent pure neat or with ice, umeshu rokku in Japanese, but it is also ideal when mixed for fresh drinks with an Asian flavour.
