I have read books like The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Heidi and Momo several times, paying great attention to every sentence, dwelling on every illustration, even the smallest, and imagining, as in a dream, every detail of the worlds that were described there: Huck's cabin, Heidi's mountain refuge, Master Hora's House of Nowhere."

In this book Yoshida Seiji wanted to present unique 'houses' that can reawaken in the reader the excitement that I felt as a child, accepting their extraordinary nature. The book embraces different stories set in different periods and places, so that on each page you can enter a whole new story. It's up to the reader to create the story behind each house.
